Amp: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-S86QHFPqpKK/cgi-bin/prodview.asp?i=113KAC9104&s=0&cc=01

Also, if I replace door speakers and the aftermarket replacement speakers have tweeters on them, would 2 extra tweeters be necessary? This is in a 06 Charger

  1. yes it sounds good.

  2. the sub is badass man i want to get the same one when i get the money but they might work but id get a amp with at least 1000watts .and i dont think the extra tweeters would be necessary

  3. actually i dont really like kicker subs, if your spending $400 why not get a sub from Fi audio, google fi car audio and you will see there website, if you want power and quality go for a 15 inch BTL and get a box made for it, use thicker MDF, or go for a JL audio sub, crutchfields is expensive, if you want a better place http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/ look here, i get all my car audio from here and i also do installs for people, if you need any more info id be happy to help, also for the door speakers, go for component speakers, then you wont need the 2 extra tweeters because they come with them, if your looking for the best sound quality, and im guessing your not short on money as you drive a new car, get an amp for the speakers too, i have some rockford fosgate 6/1/2 inch power components in my legend, and they sound amazing, i also have a JL W7 powered by a 1000/1, ive also got a jl amp powering the rockfords in the back, and some JL components in the front, this current set up sounds amazing and turns heads everyday.
