  1. Although Kansas won't come after you for the tickets, you'll be arrested and have your vehicle towed for Driving with a Suspended License.

  2. Normally, you would not be extradited from Indiana to Kansas on just traffic tickets, even with a warrant.

Contact the Court Clerk in the county in Kansas where you owe the tickets, and see if you can pay the fines and costs to get the warrant quashed.  If you try to get an Indiana driver's license, they will check status of your Kansas license, and you will not get an Indiana license.

Until these tickets are taken care of, you cannot get a license.

  3. how do you forget 4 tickets ? you should call and find out how much you owe for all the tickets go with cash in hand and pay them off . i don't know if they will come to your house but you have to drive some time

  4. go into court and surrender yourself. they'll be more likely to work with you and they'll just put you on a pymt plan~good luck!

  5. Turn yourself in and pay the outstanding fine.  If you are stopped by police in your state and they run you, you WILL be arrested.  Save yourself the embarrassment and aggravation a take care of this ASAP.

  6. Yes if you get pulled over and they run your license you WILL get ARRESTED! So you should turn yourself in and pay whatever fine there is to avoid anything worst! Good Luck!

  7. I'm fairly certain that Kansas will not extradite you for tickets, even with a warrant.  If your license is only suspended for speeding tickets and you are caught in Indiana driving, you will be issued a ticket and your vehicle will be towed, unless you are with a licensed driver who is willing to drive your vehicle.  This will depend on the discretion of the officer and your attitude and level of cooperation.  If you can ride with a licensed driver until you get matters in Kansas ironed out, that would be wise.  Good luck!
