I want to buy another Ipod or an MP3 player so bad but my parents won't let me. So, I'm buying it without my parents knowing. Lets just say I walk into Walmart and ask the dude that works there that I want to get that Ipod and he takes the ipod out from the glass shelf. He brings it to the register and will I need my parents there to buy it?

  4. noooooo......... nope

it's legal... the only thing they're checking is if u're buying movies that rated PG-13 when u're under 13, and R when u're under 17, if u're buying those movie then u need adult as well as MATURE rated games. but if u buy an iPod no. u don't need parent, but becareful, make sure u goes with someone, holding an 200 item in your hand is pretty dangerous
