  1. there are no restrictions

  2. kids get worm infestaion which may lead to iron deficiency anemia.

so they are allowed to buy vitamin B, multivitamin etc.

water soluble vitamins are not harmful as they pass through urine where as lipid soluble vitamin (A,D,E & K) are harful and has toxic effect.

  3. Yes you can.

  4. absolutely you can purchase it, vitamins are not restricted, and they are not a prescription..

  5. They should sell them to you. I would recommend a good all around multivitamin like One a Day or Centrum. B vitamins are important but everything needs to be in proportion and the multivites will have that. For a young woman, something with calcium in it is probably going to be more important that anything else. In terms of hair growth, finding a vitamin with selenium in it will probably help as selenium helps promote healthy hair growth. Also, make sure that you diet has enough protein and healthy fats since this also plays a role in healthy hair.

  6. Of course. There is no age restriction on Vitamins.

  7. Get a proper children's multivitamin for your age.  You don't need a B supplement.  Eat right.  Exercise.  Eat lots of Jello.  The gelatin in it is great for hair and nails.  Cheap and it works.

  8. BIOTIN is probably the supplement you want, rather... It's for healthy hair and nails. Google it.

  9. I don't see why not. But really you should be discussing this with your parents!

  10. Do not buy medicine at Qal-Mart

If the box is dated forward in China , and the drug is an expired, you get hurt!!!!

  11. I think you should do a lot more research on the subject before just taking certain vitamins you believe will help one thing. For instance did you know that alot of people used to take B12 but the pill and the shot are different-if you actually have a defenciency the shot is what you need. There are differences. Like I said before you take anything research the pros and cons
