  2. It depends on where you live, but here in Los Angeles many (perhaps most) drive-thru restaurants specifically prohibit customers on foot.

  4. I have seen it happen before. But that could be embarrassing. But i am not sure is they are at all checkers restaurants (Rally's) but they have a place for people to walk up and order. Like a outside diner.

  5. I tried it in a shopping trolley once. It worked, plus i asked for 100 ketchups. They gave me like 20 but it was still fun.

  9. Technically they can deny your service due to safety regulations, some have strict policies. Others don't encourage it, but will allow it.

  10. don't know about that but my bank won't let would walk or ride a bike through the drive through.
