Would this Ebay Plan work?

Im only 14 but i have acouple hundred dollars so I go to the Apple store and Buy an iPhone 3G for only 200 dollars with cash and and then bring is home and unlock it with ziphone.org wich im guessing is pretty easy and then sell it on ebay as a unlocked iphone for like 400 dollars? Thats what i see people doing but is it really that eay?

It is that easy, but you have to watch supply and demand. If you go buy 10 of them, and suddenly unlocked phones aren't as popular anymore, you could lose a lot of money.
