Would this be 10,000k or Actinic light???

In this video below, would the light be more of a 10,000k or 50/50 light?

It says in the last comment: "Thanks you! =D Lighting is three T8 Tubes (1 Aqua-Glo, 1 Power-Glo and 1 Marine-Glo)"

Aqua-Glo is 18,000K, Power-Glo is 18,000K, and Marine-Glo is Actinic.

it's got at least 1 actinic bulb.. but as ZTM said the comments say power, aqua, and actinic.. though i think powerglo is 10,000K.. i could be mistaken on THAT part
