Would this be a good Eagle Scout Project?

Question

One of my ideas would to make a whole bunch of holiday gift baskets to our troops in the middle east, or make a bunch of health or toy baskets for homeless American, or Iraqi children.

Personally I think Iraqi children would work, since its a war zone over there.

Go to an aminal shelter and take pictures and try and advertise them to get good homes. Maybe get the pictures printed in a little booklet with some information and pass them out. Shelters need things to be donated too.

that is better than what my idea was....i went to central park and handed out clean needles to junkies. i ended up getting  stuck with a dirty needle ....now i have hepatitis "c"

Anytime your project helps children, it is a good project.
