  1. Does not sound like enough calories.  You need more whole grains and veggies, nuts, beans

  2. You need  more food and more fat in there.  I'm talking about extra virgin olive oil and some sea salt.  This all sounds really *BLAND* to me.  Mix it up - you're a teenager so experimenting should be something you're good at!

  3. It sounds pretty good, just maybe add some protein to your breakfast so you stay full longer. Milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, whatever. And add some fruit to your breakfast. And add some veggies to your lunch. And drink plenty of water or tea. Also, if the pizza's greasy, blot it off with a napkin. Hope this helps, and good luck! :)

  4. That;s good is your only activity for the day is watching tv, sitting in front of the pc/laptop or sleeping.

You won't last if you plan to do something else. That would just lead to binge eating wherein you probably going to reach for the closest junk food.

Add more bulk and protein from nuts and legumes. add some carbo and sugar for ready energy. Add some mid meal snack such as fruits and nuts/trailmix.

If you get hungry, eat, don't force yoruself to accept hunger. that will lead to frustration and eventual failure.
