I'm 5'8 1/2 & 15 yrs old. Would 145 be a healthy weight? If not, what would be? honest answers please !

  6. I am pretty much the same as you. I am a little shorter and a little younger though. I am about 5"7 and 14 years old. I think that 145 would be a healthy weight for you since you are so tall. Because I personally think when tall people get too skinny it looks gross. So just stay healthy and I am sure you will look fine!
