Would this be an ok addition?

in my 29 gallon fish tank i have 1 paradise fish and 1 rainbow shark.can i add 1 silver dollar?

You know that paradise fish only go with their own species so congragulations on adding him with the rainbow. The silver dollar will have to be over 8cm and I will suggest you add 3 and mabye a bit more. So it is fine. Do not add another paradise fish. Nice setup. You should have a lot of plants though.

Silver dollars need to be in schools of at least 3. With the size they grow to you shouldn't add anything else.
