  1. That skater's rear and back make a straight line. That is fine posture for back crossovers.  If you make sure you don't hunch your shoulders and keep your back straight, then your back crossovers will probably look better.

I am assuming that you are comparing back crossovers since 1:03 and 1:05 is where Katlynn is doing back crossovers.

    I hope this helps.

  2. Why did you lie and say that this girl is you? Well, number 1- Not bad posture, Number 2-  At the beginning you said that it was you in the video. But then at the end of your paragraph, you said "What do you think of HER music" oh, and also at the beginning of your paragraph you said "but it doesnt look like SHE has that great of posture in this video.

I shouldn't have answered because you dont deserve to know the answer.

  3. nope, katlynn mcnabb is amazing. she has great posture.

it would be considered good posture and since her crossovers are fast you always lean a tad forward, but she's not hunched over.

  4. I don't mean to bash people but honestly, Krissy you're an idiot. If you can't read don't bother come around here, seriously.

She was comparing McNabs's posture in her crossovers. And I believe the correct posture is a straight back but I think it's nice to add some variety to crossovers, because you see them all the time so why not make it unique? She does not have perfect posture but her choreography was made to match the music. I honestly think it's a cookie cutter routine but she is still young. If your butt was sticking out too much you probably wouldn't be able to balance. Maybe straighten your back more.

  5. I don't think she has posture problem. I love the music and the choreography.

As for your bum sticking out, does your coach ever video tape you so you can see this?  If he/she doesn't  I suggest that your coach does or have one of your parents tape you and often . I think  part of a coaches responsibility is to do this for their students. It's a wonderful tool.  It's ashame that many coaches don't do this.
