Question:

Would this be dangerous/unhealthy?

Hello…I'm a 17 year old girl and I weigh 110 lbs. I'm happy with my body and everything, but I'm really curious to find out what would happen if I only drink water for three days straight and also exercise a lot. Of course I would stop right away if anything serious happened.

Would this be ok to try, and just see what happens??

  1. do not try this because i have tried this and i got hospitalized for iver a month because i almost died...literally. i had a 15% chance of dying. not fun

  2. I'm 17 and I weigh the same :]

mm I'm hypoglycemic so I'd totally die after a day of that,.. i'm sure that its not too healthy for you either!

  3. No.

  4. Only someone trained could do that, If you are trying to have the motivation to get up and work out with no nutrients in your body good luke because your body will hold you back, you also will prob get so hungry you will say to your self, " Srew this I am eating,"

  5. u'd need food. ur stomach will hurt

    u'll be weak

u'll be hungry. and u might throw up from being so hungry.

  6. No don't do that. How would you exercise if you don't eat? You need food for energy. Also it would mess up your metabolism. You wouldn't wanna do that would you?

  7. why would you want to?

  8. Hey, i honestly don't know what would happen.... r u sure u want to try it though? i mean, idk how bad the affects of it would be but it would definitely give u some killer stomach aches, that one i don't HAVE to think about, have you thought about it? i mean, if ur happy with ur weight then why go through that?

  9. How tall are you? If you are over 5'7", you should probably be eating more anyway. But no, you should not try this. Don't take offense to this, but I think you may have issues with your body image if you're so curious about this. Don't do anything drastic like excessively exercise or under eat or anything like that.

  10. You would lose about a pound and a half of fat and/or muscle. But after starving your body for such a long period of time, you will experience uncontrollable cravings for food, which will lead you to gain more weight than you lost. Don't do it.
