  1. bu law it should be reinforced, but if you dont tell i wont lol

  2. yes that should be fine! cant see why not thats what a driveway is for parking your car!

  3. The short answer is no, what you need to do is excavate down about a foot, put in 6" of aggregate hardcore and use a compactor (a whacker plate will do the job), then add 4" concrete, it would be better to use some reinforcing mesh but for such a small area it is not essential.

Follow these steps and it will last your lifetime.

  4. It should be reinforced with rebar.  This will not only help with wieght support but also with heaving from temperature change, and crack support.

  5. Yes - but make sure that the concrete is laid on a bed of gravel and sand, not straight on the earth. This guards against pressure points developing as the earth shrinks and moves (it will!) which might crack the concrete. Again, and for a similar reason, it's not a good idea to bed paving direct on to unyielding concrete. Use a layer of weak sand and cement mixture to cushion it. You know that it will suffer acute pressure points where the wheels of your car stand.

  6. Should be ok.

  7. Don't see why not.

  8. not really, it will crack and will need replacing in the future so it may be best to pay out now rather than have to have it taken up and relaid

  9. Sure
