I was thinking.

2 green spotted puffers

1-2 archer fish

1 flounder/sole (dont know what type is brackish water. If you know, Tell)

2-3 black sailfin mollies

Plants:

java moss

cryptocoryne

anacharis

I dont plan on getting these fish, i just thought it would be cool to have a tank like this.

Also, if this setup would work, what size tank is acceptable.

  1. i'm pretty sure those plants are freshwater, not brackish.

  2. The puffers will eat the mollies and the archer could try and eat the puffers

but if you want the archers try to keep at least 4 archers as they are a shoaling fish. It is wise to buy them at the same time and keep them all the same size as large specimens can pick on smaller ones. The flounder I have no clue but these fish aren't a good match, puffers do be in a species only tank and at least 30 gallons for them.
