im vegan,i do eat soy,and nuts for protien and i take a vitamin....can a protien or vitamin dificiency cause eye spasms,or shoulder blade pain,knee pain..and i also everyonce in a while feels like i get schocked in the neck,it only last few a few seconds,but hurts a lot.im not sure if this has anything to do with being vegan though. what are symptoms of a dificiency?and how to help it?
