Would this cause a problem?

I currently have acne and I've been using a product called Vita-C2 CLEAR and it has been working slightly and i do see an improvement. But im wondering if immediately changing to another kind of treatment would cause a problem?

Like for instance, If i used my Vita-C2 as directed this morning, and i went to the store today and bought a different brand of acne treatment, such as nuetrogena, clean and clear, or proactiv. And used that tonight, would it somehow interfere with the Vita-C2 i used this morning and make things worse, or will it not matter.

Thanks for all the help guys.

  1. Most acne meds say not to use two different types at once. I'd recommend sticking with one program for a few months, then go from there.

  2. I did that before, I had a product ProActiv actually and it was really bad with my skin, so I switched like 1-2 more times in the next like 2-3 weeks. My skin was horrible! Im still dealing with some of the acne I got from doing this ! Its hard to determine what will happen because we have different types of skin. If your seeing an improvment I would stick with it. The product im using is helping a little, yet I still get breakouts. But im still trying. Just try and have a bit of perserverance! Good luck! :)

  3. Well switching products can always cause your skin to react...can become dry or worse. I think if you are going to switch to a different acne treatment you should wait another day or 2. I do think you will have a skin reaction if you switch today.
