Would this diet actually work?

if i ONLY eat fruit...

breakfast - fruit

lunch - fruit

dinner- fruit

and i excersise for an hour a day?

will i actually loose weight?

  1. you'd probably get sick and very weak. You'd have no energy and would get no protein at all so you'd lose all muscle mass. Probably not the best idea.


  2. NO. fruit is full of sugar and carbs. some of it isn't even good for you.

  3. That is the stupidest diet i ever heard of. If you eat only fruit you will die.

  4. No, it you wanna lose weight, just eat healthy, eat normal sized portions, and work out.  Working out is the key

  5. Sure, but you'll ruin your metabolism and you'll eventually wreck your skin and hair, and you'll gain the weight back quickly once you add regular food.  Why not just eat three healthy, SMALL meals a day that include your major food groups?
