I have been arrested for a misdemeanor and pleaded not guilty. I was not convicted and the record was expunged. I am a college student with 4.0 gpa.

  1. unfortunately they could disqualify you since you got arrested but they prob wont

  2. go for it, a misdemeanor is not a felony and is usually expunged after six months, now if you answer to it on any application, of course the road will get a little bumpy so, forget it ever happened.

  3. you apply and reapply.........go for it

  4. You should be fine.

They may ask what happened, though, so have a good answer ready incase.

And if you weren't convicted, no one can hold being arrested against you.

  5. First, there is no such thing as an expunged record.  The government sees everything.

To answer your question probably not.  Were you convicted of the misdemeanor? Are charges still pending?  What was the crime?

If you are convicted for a minor thing it won't affect you.  If for a drug or weapon or domestic violence issue there is no way.
