Question:

Would this effect me from TTC?

I have had thyroids problem since i was 12 but it wasnt that serious but now since i'm 21 my thyroid was very very very very high the last 3 months and they put me on sum medication so now there back to normal but the dr told me that he would like to still take them out, so would this effect me from TTC

  1. Its probly best to go see your doctor before you start trying just incase. Could the medication your taking harm a baby if you did get pregnant.

    Also being 21 and wanting to have a baby shouldnt be a problem, people shouldnt judge. I am 23 and trying and married and working

  2. Honestly, the first person who answered, she can be a mom whenever she wants. She's a grown adult, ready for the responsibility. It's not like it's gonna take a few thousand dollars to pop the baby out. NO, it takes money AS the child grows up. Moms who are 17 years old make it, AND STILL go through college. So I don't see how you have to wait til your 28-30 to pop your first child out.

    I absolutely DONT understand people who think like that. If you wanna be 50 years old with a 6 year old kid, that's fine with me, I'd rather be 50 years old with a child in their teens+..

    And no, it shouldn't cause any problems. Maybe ask your doctor about the medicine if you do fine yourself pregnant though.
