Question:

Would this excercise.... lose 20lbs in 6 months...?

i am 120lbs

5ft 3 inches tall

I have lot of fat in my inner thieghs, stomach,and arms.

My routine

wake up at 5am

run for a hour

run back and get ready for school at 6 am

would this do any good to lose weight at least 25 lbs

and eating healthy...

would this be alright?

anyone who has tips..

  1. Well it actually would be a little unhealthy to lose 25 pounds if you already weigh just 120 and youre only 5'3" the healthy weight for that height is 115, but doing this exercise will definately help you lose weight and do really well in P.E.

    maybe aim to lose 10 pounds if you have to lose weight, and muscle will make you look very lean anyway after this much running, so you wont need to reach 25 pounds.
