Would this hair cut & colour suit my complexion?

I have light blue eyes, lightly tanned skin & naturally dirty blonde hair (although i dye it light blonde). Im thinking of getting a Nelly Furtado style cut with a fringe and dyeing it dark brown, will it look good on me?

i think the brown hair will make your eye color pop, and it will look good with your tanned skin, try it!

Hmm i wouldnt go too dark just like a light brunette because you are naturally blonde. this is cool to do to decide if a colour will suit you-

have got a picture? the your skin and eye colour would work with that style but you features will play a big role in the overall appearances, get some up.
