Would this hair suit me?

would i be able to pull off hair like this http://www.cartoondollemporium.com/images/hilary%20duff/hilary_gorgeous.jpg except light brown

Ask your stylist to cut your bangs long. They can be cut anywhere from the tip of your nose to your jawline. Any length between there will work for the style you want.

Ewwww! That first hair color is BAD! It looks green. Definitely go with light brown!!
