Would this hairstyle look good on me...(pics)?

i'm fourteen years old, and i'm going off to high school, so i really want to do something new with my look. i'm an asian female with natural light brown hair (i never dyed my hair in my life) i have side swept bangs, and hair thats about three inches past my shoulders. i want to have this girl's hair:

dye your hair black with light one or two light blonde streaks

and i think you would look good with the hair style you wanted

That would be CUTE on you! OMG!  I think you should leave it a little bit longer! Not much, just a little. Like an inch or two longer. Because when that girl takes her hair outm of the pony tails it would be really short. You want to have the option to style it different other that pony tails.
