I only weigh 112 and I'm only 14. I just have a little belly pudge.I'm very active so i usually don't gain weight alot.But i was wondering if i did a mixture of work outs doing about an hour or 45 minits of cardio, riding my bike in the morning,liftingg weight, playing alot of sports and eating healthy would help me get ride of this belly pudge?
