Is it good to do like ten squats (no weights) every couple of minutes? Or is it good to do for losing weight when you are around the house, if so are there other thing I can do while I'm in the house?

PS: I wont be using weight I will do ten or more very often but I dont want to end up buff and fat you know with alot of muscle and they look big, I DONT WANT THAT Also Im a guy!

  1. OK since you don't want to bulk up...you're going to want to do cardio in addition to more reps at lighter weight.  If you are truly opposed to lifting.  Try going to Target or Walmart and buying resistance bands.  You're a guy, so you probably won't do this....but Pilates would also help!! ;-)
