Question:

Would this help with losing weight???

if i go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.

and i also walk to my moms work almost everyday and back.

does that help at all?!?!

  1. Rather than going completely wheat free, I would recommend sticking to only whole grains.  Cut out any and all "white" products from your diet, including pasta, pizza, bread, rice, potatoes etc. If you want lasting weight loss doing only the low carb thing wont be enough. You will gain it back when you start eating carbs again. Believe me, you will want to.

    cutting out carbs will help.

    as will any exercise.

    the not eating after 7, im not sure.

    i believe it does help, but i dont know for sure.
