The name of our school is Talisayan National High School. Talisayan is the name of a place here. It came from a Filipino word " Talisay" which is a kind of tree growing near the sea shore oftentimes. The tree became significant because of ou National Hero Dr. Jose Rizal.The place is is surrounded by many canning factories and is located at west coast.
