  1. It depends on if you were ready for it or not.

    If that happened when your muscles were all loose and unprepared, it would probably knock all the breath out of you.

    If you were prepared and had time to tense up your muscles, it wouldn't hurt as much.

    And no, I would not have someone jump all over me so I could post it on youtube
