Would this look good on me?

i am a brunette and i plan on getting my hair cut to my collar bone and layered and side bangs cut just above my eye brows would this make me look punk? i am going to a new school and wanna make a good 1st impression

I think it would look more cute than punk, but I would need to see it.  It sounds like a good idea, I think you should go for it, but if you want punk, it should be shorter and harder cut (like razor cut to the extreme).

hair usually doesn't make you "punk" unless its one of those so called scene haircuts.

it will not look punk, unless you wearing the matching makeup and clothes to make it punk.
