Would this look right on me?[pic inside]?

im contemplating on weather i should do this to my hair or not. i love Amy winehouse style alot. i was going to either color my hair midnight Blue or do this to it...OR color it all like blonde. im a light brown complexion/Carmel complexion and im wondering if this would look right on me or should i just stick to coloring it midnight blue ??....

I would suggest midnight blue, since the one on the pic makes her look like Lily Monster.
