  1. No Jacob, the processor is an AM2 (940 pin) 64 bit monprocessor.  The motherboard is a very old Socket "A" which is pre-64 bit (it would take the old fashioned Athlon+ processor which was a 32 bit processor).  Plus, the motherboard takes very old DDR RAM...you wouldn't want that!

    You need to get an AM2 motherboard and step up to DDR2.


  2. The motherboard uses a socket A and the processor as an AM2, you need to look at AM2 motherboards and DDR2 memory
