Would this tank be overcrowded?

I currently have a ten gallon tank cycling (fish less) for my male betta who is now in my 24 gallon community tank ( separated because of unforeseen fin nipping) The ten gallon tank is heated and has a bio wheel filter.

What I would like to do is put the male betta+ 2 swordtails+ 5 zebra danios or harlequin rasboras. Is that too crowded? Do you have any suggestions for fish other than danios or rasboras?

  1. I think that will be fine :D Try asking your local petstore and they will tell u everything of how big your tank should be.

  2. well do they all get along then you u should be fine because if it is to small they kill each other

  3. That would work but I suggest more sword tailss.Sword taill males tend to be aggressive towards each other so it is best to get 1 male and a group of 2+females.
