  1. just for an apple snail for both get a 3 gallon.  bettas are so pretty! good choice!

  2. Bettas tend to like more surface area, and snails are big waste producers.  So I'd say no on both counts.

  3. Well for a betta fish alone yeah but with an apple snail maybe not.

Get a 5 gallon tank since the apple snail produces a lot of waste.

There won't be as many water changes as the 7 liter tank.

Although the only fish that can be kept in a bowl is a betta.

But it will be too small for them. They should be in at least a 2.5 gallon

tank. When the apple snail gets included they need the same amount

of space so double would be 5 gallons.

  4. 7 liters is good for the Apple Snail, but it's a tad bit too small for a Betta. Try getting a 2.5 gallon tank (9.5 liters) for the Betta and Apple Snail and it'll be happy? 19 Liters would be preferred.

  5. No, you should get a 10gal tank+. Yeah, it seems a bit large, but bettas are very active when they are given a good amount of space. People always call them lazy because they never have a good amount of room. Bettas should have at least a 10gal tank and they do great. This will also leave you with more options, incase you ever want to put in another fish.

    Good luck!
