Would this telephoto lens work on my Powershot S3 IS?

Would those lens fit on my Canon Powershot S3 IS? Its supposed to be for vivitar, but it says in the description that it could be for canon t-70. 10points to a sure answer.

  1. No, your Camera does not have interchangeable lenses as far as I can see.

No.  The PowerShot S series can only use converters, not actual lenses.  You have to purchase an adapter that attaches to the body of the camera, going around the lens barrel.  You can get either either 52mm or 58mm.  The Canon adapter is 58mm; I use a 52mm from Lensmate on my S5.  Then you can buy a telephoto converter or wide angle converter, or a macro lens.  Those will s***w onto the adapter tube.  Just make sure you get the right converters or filters for the size of your adapter.
