Would this trade work for me?

I would get : CC Sabathia and Tori Hunter

I would give up: Brandon Lyon and JD Drew,

i don't care about Drew but my only CL are Saito, Lyon and Solomon Torres AND I have too many OF, heres my team:

It is a great trade for you to make. The only concern is that leaves you with only one valuable closer in Saito. Torres is anything but safe and will most likely give up the closer job to Gagne sooner or later. You can't beat a deal for CC though.

do that deal in a heartbeat...hunter is better than drew and sabathia is better than lyon..then try to trade an extra OF or 2 for a closer

I say you don't need it.  Drew for Hunter is basically even, and even though Sabathia for Lyon would be a huge steal, you have plenty of starting pitching and should keep the saves.
