Would this type of book interest you?

An investigator is trying to solve a crime where five people were murdered in the ICU. He later finds out that his partner is destroying evidence for money from an outside source. So the investigator decides to take justice in his own hands. He dresses up in all black and wear full face makeup and hunts down criminals. He becomes a vigilante of sorts. Meanwhile, a serial killer arives and starts killing many people. Would this interest you and would you read it?

Yes, although I think the serial killer is one thing too many.

Sounds like a cross between the books by Tess Gerritsen and Lee Child.

I like the premise of this book. It do think it's a good idea to add personal troubles, like a failed marriage, estranged children, addiction, or maybe something not as cliche as those answers!

That would interest me. Are you writing a book or recommending one? Does the plot should have more depth then just violence and crime scenes? If not that might be less interesting.
