  1. i would buy it, not for the house, but for the land...

  2. not a good time to flip a house. real estate market at an all time low. economy is going into a recession.

  3. It might sell because it is small but have you heard of the housing crisis? Just curious...you might not get much for it if you do sell it...

  4. heyy mate

    well i dont know

    i live in edinburgh [uk]

my house [my mum and dads coz im 12] is much bigger thn tht but i dont know about houses in the states or wherever you are coz its very different from the ones over here

  5. looks like a good fix-er -upper so if the price is right then ok

  6. I think in this financially unstable real estate market, I would be careful.  If it is a property that you can hold onto for a while without hurting you financially, then I would buy it, if the price was fair market valve.  Good luck.

  7. That house is tiny.

  8. sorry, i would never buy this house.

  9. No not really but it all depends on the price and what it looks like inside

  10. =[

  11. It depends on where it is, how much you're asking, and a whole lot more.

If you're building the dream house now, and you think you'll flip this place in a year or so when the other place is done, I'd say you'd be better off to rent.  I would think that you will not get your money out of this one in that short of time.

If you haven't started the dream house, but you'll be in this one for 5-10 years, then by all means buy this, if it meets your needs for that time.

As to whether this one will sell (assuming a better housing market) ask an expert (an experienced realtor with one of the main companies in your area).  They will know your market better than any of us.

  12. ew hec no its like a hut

  13. it depends on how much it goes for

  14. No offense, but no way. Seems way to small and thorned up.

  15. its a caravan isnt it?

  16. no way it needs a new roof

  17. Well it looks a little shacky. I wouldn't buy it. I have a friend named Jane B on here and you could know her cuz she has this and she lives in a trailer. It is ugly as h**l and it looks like that.

  18. Housing market kinda slow right now.  My city has about 50% more houses for sale than normal, just to give you an idea of how bad.  But you could always parcel off the land (legally split it up and sell seperately) after you buy it, if it doesn't sell like you'd hoped.  And even if it doesn't sell, you could always rent it out to someone.  With 5 clear acres, that could be good for a small-time farmer, and they get federal subsidies on certain crops so that could be a very appealing location if the price is right.  Good luck though.
