but when it does come i can barely move and nothing really stops my cramps and headaches and backaches and i can't move too much.

  1. yes. periods take a long time to regulate.  It some times doesn't regulate until your 18.

  2. Every women's body is different and some women never become regular, however, I would bring this up to your OB and maybe they can get you on some birth control to try to help regulate it or look for an underlying cause. I had pretty much the exact same symptoms you do and they discovered I had endometriosis and that's what was causing my irregularites and bad pains during my period. My best advice is to ask a doctor. Don't be nervous, they are used to these things.

  3. Your proble young. So if your not close with your parent and i know the best answer always arent go see a doctor, but this is another suggest go to a free clinic you can talk to your school nurse about it or where to locate one and she will tell you what you have to say or what not, but you just go to the free clinic and tell them that you would like to be put on birth control but don't want your parent to find out and they will ask do you have a job you say no. and the doctor will give you a pap smear and ask whats wrong. pap smear are use to figure otu whats wrong with you and the birthcontrol should regulate your periods.

  6. You should probably see a doctor just incase it is something.

  7. Yes I would definitely consider that to be an irregular period. Are you very active? Some times girls who do a lot of sports don't get their period as much. I would also say that a bit of cramps on the first day is normal, but yours do seem a bit excessive, how long does it last? More than one day of pain, or is it like that for the entire period? I would recommend seeing a doctor to be sure. There are nutritional things you can do to eliminate period pain and symptoms. GLA, Calcium and Vitamin B are very good at getting rid of cramps and other period symptoms. I recommend http://www.shaklee.net/daydesigns/prodWo... I find them to be very high quality, they are what I take and I rarely get cramps and when I do it is only slightly and they never last and I don't get any other symptoms at all. I hope this helps.
