hecla is right; those are symptoms of many aliments. Get yourself some blood tests scheduled!

I have the shaking hands, dizziness, sweating when I don't eat right and my blood sugar drops, but once I eat I feel just fine.

No, hypoglycemia is diagnosed by blood glucose test results, not symptoms, those could be associated with many things.

If ever there was a list of "Universal Symptoms" you have managed to list every one of them.

Sure, low blood sugar can cause all these.  Eat something, or drink a non-diet soda and see if the symptoms go away.

If they don't, get yourself examined.  There are too many things that cause all the above.

But, before you diagnose yourself with Dinge Fever, remember "Ockham's Razor"!  Simply put, in the absence of any evidence to the contrary, the simplest answer is usually correct.
