Would u think it would be a team's fault in playing or the coach!?

Seeing some nrl teams have been have to switch or leave to a different team..will the team/players do better..

when teams lose it should be on both the players and coachers

its a bit of both

if your team is playing pretty good but still losing..its probbaly not the coaches fault, its probably the teams lack of finishing or talent...if your team has morale problems then it could be the coach

Both,if you've got players who won't listen & a coach who can't discipline or control them properly,it's both!

It all depends. A coach has a lot of responsibility and the main focus is motivating players and to come up with stragies to win games - making sure the players follow the strategies. However, some coaches are known as disciplinarians - so they are good if a team has been undercoached and allowed to become lax - they can get good results - but over time, after a few years under a disciplinarian coach - often there is a player revolt, or simply the players become demotivated - then it may be time for a free - wheeling coach who allows players to play on instinct. And vica versa, a team that plays purely on instinct may need to become more disciplined - like warriors when the made the final a few years back - being lead by a tough coach and Campion holding the forward pack together.

Whether a coach is successful depends on how he gels with his players, whether they respond to his training techniques etc etc. Success is a combimbination of both.

the players have to be talented enough though. You can't win a comp with a team of rubbish players - no matter how good you are. The coach should have input into who he plays, retains, but sometimes it takes a few years to get there if they walk into a club and have to wait for players to finish contract etc to free up money to retain and get new talent.
