Would universal studios hollywood be closed if its raining?

and does anyone know if its raining tomorrow?

Universal is open come rain or come shine.  If it does rain though you don't get a rain check on your ticket.  It's good the day you use it only so make sure you'll have the weather you want before you use your ticket

Either if it's raining or if it's sunny the park never closes.

There may be a little rain but don't worry because usually the rain only lasts a few minutes. Have fun and good luck!
