Would using Crest Whitestrips back to back for 3.5 days get the same results as using them once a day for 7?

I just bought Crest Whitestrips and the manual says its okay to use 2 strips back to back.. would doing them twice a day in a shorter amount of time get the same results as if i were to only do them once a day for 7 days? once a day seems for sensible to me but if it doesn't work as well i'd like to know.

go ahead and try that your teeth will be hurting so bad

i don't know if it will work as well, but it will make your teeth super sensitive.  you'll regret doing it...
