Would walking for 30 minutes once,maybe twice a day,and doing 50 situps,squats,and 100 crunches do anything?

  1. whats 100 crunches btw i dun know this and yes walking 30 mins each day is very good for ur health and u shoukd try doin 100 situps a day


  2. yeah you should try it for a week; see what happens, and then see what you can improve on (diet, more or less exercise, etc)
