Would we be able to make a ebay Account?

Hey Guys, Me and my boyfriends want to make an Ebay account to sell some of our old stuff. We are both 16 and have working bank accounts and debit cards. Whats steps do we need to ake to make a joint Ebay account? Do we need to make a paypal account first?

As for ebay.

I thought you had to be 18 (or of legal age in your state or country) to have an account.

You definitely have to be of legal age to have a Pay pal account.

For ebay registration you should be age of 18 and over, to open an account just ask your parents to sing up in there name and use that together.
