Are you talking about after sugery or an erect p***s?

Surgery perhaps no if you don't have scars or they haven't seen your p***s before the surgery. But this is probably highly unlikely unless its a long time after the surgery.

An erect-p***s yes if they saw your p***s prior to your erection, it enlarges a fair bit lol ;)

or if its visable through your trousers.

Probably after closer inspection but they wouldnt immediatly look at it and think hmm definitly an enlargment, in the same way that a bloke wouldnt be looking at a girls b***s and checking for the scars

pills make you larger in a natural looking way but are tempory

They have surgeries that move your p***s forward (exposing the part of the shaft that is submerged partially in your pelvis) making you "longer" although I'm not sure what affect that would have on the scrotal tissue. so I believe it is unnoticeable and depending on the whether or not they compensate for the the s*****m or they just move that forward along with the p***s would have a HUGE effect on whether or not it is natural looking.

they also have ways to permanently increase the diameter of the shaft of the p***s, but the "nub" can only be made bigger by injecting a type of botox solution that only lasts about 18 months. and each are separate procedures so if you only get one  then it definately looks unatural, and if you get both then you have to keep getting the non permanent one for the rest of your life or else you'll have a GIGANTIC p***s with a tiny nub!

I think this one could go both ways

because...

On one hand I don't really think so because, by most females'

standards, the bigger the p***s the better the pleasure and pleasure is something female strives at when it comes to s*x.

But on the other hand if it is enlarged to much where it is most likely to scare her or cause her to wonder if you have elephantiasis or a family "problem", of course she would notice it. She might not say anything and just enjoy the benefits of it, but, she will notice it (That is if the circumstances were as such)

So that's my insight on it.
