  1. It's up to you, but I adopted a large sibling group.  When you adopt just one or two, you might be splitting a sibling group.

And I have no opinion on whether you give birth or not.  That's a personal decision.

  2. Go for two. It will make you feel much better when you know you have helped saved 2 lives.

  3. its best to give birth to your own child, adoption is hard, some kids have a bad history of sickness or abuse life, U don't want that in your family.

  4. I wouldn't adopt.  My time, effort, money, etc... is much better put to use by attempting to address the issues of why families are put into the position of having to relinquish or abandon their children.

  5. I think you should do a LOT of reading and research before you consider adoption. Luckily you have plenty of time. :-)

Often sibling groups in foster care have difficulty finding homes together. If you were open to adopting more than one child at once, I think adopting a sibling pair of foster children would be a good way to go. That would provide a home to children who otherwise might have trouble finding one.

I don't think it's a good idea to adopt two unrelated children at the same time. If the children are not already siblings, I think it's best to space the adoptions out to give the children ample time to adjust.

But yeah, do some research on adoption before making any decisions.

  6. why dont you adopt siblings? not many people are willing to adopt siblings

  7. I made my own.
