Question:

Would you advice me of taking boxing?

i'm 16 years old girl, thinking of taking boxing classes not to fight or any thing professional, just the training, kind of self defense and fitness (not that i'm overweight or so), should i?

  2. yes its the hardest and best sport...if you can keep up then your a top class athlete...but watch your face...dont get your nose all messed up...mine has been dislocated 3-5 times...but i still look good...

  5. If you don't mind sweating then do it. This is a great sport and a good way to stay in shape. Have fun & enjoy.

    I think while your young you should go for it and i really believe your enjoy it as well.

    Sure it is hard but the rewards are incredible and not only will you feel good your body will look great as well. This is providing you don't get into any real boxing matches of course but sparring will not have an affect.
