regardless of whether the McCanns were involved in Maddies disappearance or not they,

Chose their friends over their children even though the children had been crying and were upset after being left alone previously and

Failed miserably to protect what is supposed to be the most important thing in their life one of their children.

Yes I would agree, my children always come first, what I am still dumbfounded about is in a holiday resort everyone has their children with them even if its to walk down the street at 1am with their babies in buggies.. or later.

Why did they just not do that?

if it was the case of having a quiet meal, surely they knew what time their children would take a nap in their buggies especially if they kept them awake all day......

totally agree, i have nothing but contempt for them and their spin. as a father of five i cannot comprehend how they left children that young unattended. they make no apologies for their neglect and pass it off as common practice among parents of today. wrong, they saw their children as burdens who got in the way of their eating/drinking and are responsible through neglect of what happened to maddie.

Yes, I totally agree with you, yet again.

I'm constantly amazed when I see thumbs down (none so far though for this question), when others raise this point. It's blatently obvious that if they hadn't desertrd their children NONE of this would ever have happened.

Therefore, ulimately, THEY are totally responsible for everyrhing.

Everything about the way they all acted that night stinks of them covering something up. So many inconsistencies and now a spin campaign to divert everyone's attention from the real questions we should be asking!
