It hard to believe there wouldn't be sexual overtones, that would not be in the best interests of an academic society. This is B/S and should not be allowed.

Dude, on what century do you live in??. We are talking college students. If they are old enough to drink and smoke, then they are old enough to share rooms with opposite gender and even get naughty if they choose to. Welcome to the 21st century.

I don't know if you have any kids going to college, but if you really think that boys aren't "sleeping over" in girls dorms anyway, or vice a versa, you need to pull your head out of the sand and look around.

If this "B/S" is affecting you so drastically, get your daughter a chastity belt.

holy frick man. they are in college, not middle school. even if there were getting their freak on, what does it matter..they are old enough ,..it's freakin' college. kids are going to do it whether or not they are in the same room...

These are 19 and 20 year olds! Do you really think they need to share a room to share a bed?

I think it is really great that they are able to have close friendships without s*x being the prime motivator!
